So Where Are We Going in Our Classrooms?

Educational decisions. They are difficult to make today with technology innovations continually bombarding us and so many new products to consider. Although we probably could use many of these products, and we may find that some are perfect for our students, budget problems thwart our ideas.  iPads are on the rise in classrooms as are other notebook or tablet type devices. With the eBooks and eBook Author offered by Apple, do you think the trend toward iPads will increase? As the different devices compete, it seems like we are in a VHS vs. Beta or IBM vs Mac world again. We want to purchase what we can use and upgrade for at least several years, but without a crystal ball, we don’t know which way is safest. Probably, the best direction is to go with your gut feeling about what devices and apps will be best for your students.
