The Boston Red Sox’ rise from last in their division to World Series champions holds several lessons for educators, writes Jim Dillon, director of the Center for Leadership and Bullying Prevention. Dillon notes, in his blog post, that the team set "the bar high with a lot a cushions under it," something schools should do. He writes that the team, among other things, adopted a "we culture," shared leadership, supported teammates through failure and had fun. That “we culture” could certainly help schools deal with the issue of bullying.
