No Phone Zone Rallies Join Texting Fight

Oprah Winfrey is stepping up her “No PhoneZone” campaign aimed at getting drivers to pledge not to use their cellphones to talk or text while driving by holding rallies. 24 states now ban texting while driving. Oprah is seen as extremely powerful spokesperson in the campaign and so far this year five states have enacted total bans on texting while driving.
